In particular, the second floor seems to attract full-bodied apparitions; an unmarried young woman’s spirit may linger here mourning her short marriage; additionally a crying baby has been heard echoing through its halls; it used to be home for Violet.
Horton Grand Hotel
Horton Grand Hotel remains a haunted hotspot nearly one century after first opening its doors, drawing history enthusiasts and paranormal investigators alike. The historic structure stands out due to being constructed using materials salvaged from two hotels that originally opened their doors during the 1880s; ghosts may remain from these predecessors that may still haunt its halls after reconstruction.

At Westfield Mission Valley’s Target parking lot is an unforgettable haunted attraction designed to give a heart-pounding thrill ride! Not like home haunts, this haunt is fully realized with set pieces and actors to maximize its creepiness – with intense scareactors offering photo opps while other scareactors take on more menacing roles ranging from jokers joking with guests or offering photo ops while others might appear more menacing or scary altogether.
The Whaley House is unquestionably San Diego’s most-visited haunted attraction, making a visit here an unforgettable experience. However, be warned: its history is rather grim and those haunting its halls should not be underestimated! Visiting on Fridays, Saturdays and Sundays from now through October 31 is recommended.
