McKamey Manor

McKamey Manor is a house of horrors featured on Hulu and has gained an avid following. Established by Russ McKamey as a survival horror challenge, its experience lasts 10 hours and can be tailored specifically to each participant’s fears and phobias – visitors have reported being bound, slapped, stomped on, tased, drugged or forced to consume their own vomit!

Before guests can visit McKamey House, they must pass a physical exam and complete background checks, phone screens and sign a 40-page waiver. In addition to that, they are also required to sign a consent form authorizing volunteers in the house to torture them as desired. Critics of McKamey’s home have charged it as being used as an illegal front for torture but McKamey denies these accusations, stating instead that it provides more of an interactive mental game experience and that law enforcement monitors closely the place to ensure any illegal activities do not take place.
