Delhi Cantt ranks high among haunted locations of the city because of the presence of spirits who roam it, particularly one woman dressed entirely in white who asks commuters for rides, but when denied she pursues them as their car speeds off in pursuit.
1. Sanjay Van
Sanjay Van is a natural oasis by day, yet some claim its expansive grounds may be haunted at night. Many visitors have reported hearing strange noises such as that of a crying baby and loud laughter followed by feelings of being watched or followed, plus their mobile network’s changing, an eerie silence, and being struck by energy from somewhere inside Sanjay Van.
Delhi’s Agrasen ki Baoli, constructed in 14th Century India, is said to possess haunting powers.
