Bartenders here are true alchemists, drawing upon Bulgarian culture for inspiration when crafting innovative cocktails featuring Bulgaria’s traditional spirit rakia. A standout is Plamena: an irresistibly delicious mix of grape rakia and mezcal combined with cherry tomato cordial.
Add all ingredients to a shaker filled with ice, and mix thoroughly. Strain into a long drink glass, and decorate it with a maraschino cherry for garnishing.

She is a shy high school girl who harbors romantic feelings for Shizuku but suffers from low self-esteem. Nevertheless, she provides support for both Miyabi and Shizuku by helping out when needed; also adept at wine tasting she often helps Ryo select his wines.
Megdana
This menu offers an innovative combination of Bulgarian dishes and international delicacies, served in an 18th-century Viennese restaurant featuring Tiffany stained glass accents and relaxing music.
Bulgarian cuisine often consists of dishes such as sarma (stuffed vine or cabbage leaves) and moussaka (a potato-based dish common among many Balkan countries). Their national drink of choice, known as rakiya, can be made of almost any fruit imaginable and rose rakiya is particularly beloved by Bulgarians.
