1. Feroz Shah Kotla
This 14th-century structure is said to be littered with the blood of freedom fighters and three princes who were brutally murdered here, making the atmosphere unnerving during nightly screams and cries from here. Reports also exist of sudden temperature drops, whispering whispers, as well as sightings of ghostly figures.

Some believe their spirits still haunt this location at night – hence earning it its moniker “Khooni Darwaza,” or the “Bloody Gate”. Over centuries of bloody events that occurred here this place gained this moniker as Khooni Darwaza or Bloody Gate has come into being.
3. Chor Minar
Chor Minar stands out among Delhi’s creepiest places with its dark secrets from 13th century or its haunted ghosts who claim to reside within it. Dubbed as the ‘Tower of Thieves,” this monument was constructed during Ala-ud-din Khilji’s rule as an act of deterrence to show severed heads from criminals as an added deterrent measure.
Walls of this unsettling building contain over 220 holes used to hold criminal heads. Visitors claim hearing unnatural screams and cries while there have been reports that an invisible figure emergeds from one of these holes to strike at passerby commuters who walk by! Not recommended for the faint-hearted!
4. Bhuli Bhatiyari ka Mahal

According to legend, this 14th century structure from Tughlaq era houses real demons who cause mayhem after sundown. Visitors claim hearing strange cries and hearing strange noises after visiting this spot.
Bhuli Bhatiyari ka Mahal can quickly transform from an engaging metro station during the day into a terrifying environment at night, as locals believe a tree outside houses a spirit belonging to a woman and people driving through often experience their car being pulled, as well as other paranormal incidents such as slapping. To stay away from this area altogether and to stay safe it would be best to travel through Delhi Cantonment on foot instead.
5. Hauz Khas
Your Netflix streaming experience might give you chills, but these haunted places in Delhi could take them one step further. From trees reportedly housing ghosts to forest areas that look just like Maryland Forest in Blair Witch, these chilling locations will give your spine chilling chills!
