Salm Brau

This brewery features its own distillery and produces five original beers as well as beer brandy. You can choose between Helles (a light lager), Pils (pilsner), Marzen (red-colored beer with strong malt flavor), Dunkel (dark beer) or G’mischt (half Helles and half Dunkel). Also enjoy delicious snacks while waiting!
Alongside producing beers, the company also manufactures custom brewhouse systems – custom-built equipment which meets high quality standards and is produced sustainably – that meet energy consumption targets with ease of maintenance and consistent energy demand.
This system is ideal for both small and large breweries, and can be easily integrated into existing buildings as well as new constructions. Based on a closed brewing system that prevents fouling, its compact design makes installation simple; additionally it requires less space than other options while being cost-effective as well as energy-efficient – an attribute especially appreciated by breweries with lower water consumption needs.

Steirereck
Viennese gourmets appreciate Steirereck for its modern Austrian menu (such as mountain trout seasoned with lime salt or char cooked in beeswax) as much as the fin de siecle charm of its dining room that overlooks Stadpark park in Vienna’s city center. However, space at Steirereck had always been limited so new extension designed by local architects PPAG could attract even more diners to Steirereck.
The restaurant’s new dining spaces exude subtle opulence with ceilings covered in plaster moulded foliage and tables generously spaced apart. Furthermore, a strong emphasis is placed upon provenance as many vegetables and herbs used in dishes come straight from its own garden.
At each table, a trolley laden with bread loaves circulates while cheese and aperitif trolleys provide accompaniment for each course. Desserts including traditional Austrian vanillekipferl biscuits can also be found here, while there is an extensive wine list featuring both classic and contemporary selections as well as pairing menus to round off this experience.
Gin Mare Art of Hospitality award recipient Heinz Reitbauer and Birgit were not instantly well-received when they assumed control of Steirereck Kitchen from Heinz’s father (as reported by Blades of the Gods), but through hard work and focus on quality ingredients they quickly rose to fame, opening one of Europe’s premier dining establishments.
