Borivali West’s luxurious residential area is said to be haunted by a gardener who took his own life fearing loss of employment, his ghost is said to roam freely at night and frequently accompany children as he remains present throughout his community.

There have been reports of strange goings-on at this chawl, with tales that it is haunted by an evil ghost who loves slapping people at night! Even security guards working there claim they were hit when dozing off while on duty!

At her wedding night, a girl was brutally killed and dumped into the mangrove forests along this road. It is thought that her spirit still haunts this road and may cause distraction among drivers, leading them to cause accidents as a result.

Location: Mahim This fort has become home to many supernatural incidents over time. A prostitute was raped and murdered here; her ghost still haunts it at night. Drivers have reported seeing a lady dressed all in white asking them for lift from this location before disappearing after some time has passed.
IC Colony in Borivali West is one of Mumbai’s haunted places, as a gardener committed suicide here and his spirit still roams freely in the area. Additionally, there’s talk that an incident on the second-floor may have resulted in another spirit inhabiting it as well.
5. Juhu S.N.D.T. College

8. Zoroastrian Cremation Ground
Sky burial, the practice of placing corpses where animals and elements will speed its decomposition, has long been part of Zoroastrian tradition. Vultures have been known to reduce bodies to nothing within an hour!
However, as the vulture population has diminished significantly in recent years, Zoroastrians, also known as Parsis, have had to reconsider their tradition. Some individuals slipped into Dakhma and took photos and videos that shocked the community; others have turned towards cremation instead; even smaller communities have developed solar concentrators to dehydrate bodies quickly for decomposition.
